I went paleo 2 months ago for an official challenge. Benchmark WODs, before/after photos, points system and all. The whole shebang. I documented it all on YouTube. I took hipster pictures of my food and posted them up on Instagram.

Now that the challenge is ending, I am having too much fun to stop what I’ve started.
